FULL MOON AND NEW MOON RITUALS

I was on a regular basis stuffing myself with food. I got a grounding and comforting release from it in my body. I remember noticing this change in feeling when I was in my early thirties then I continued doing it and in my late thirties I was still binging on food now combined with wine and Netflix. It felt like I was falling and if I don't eat I will drown.  I was a mess internally but it was also reflected in my external world. I did not see the way out and feared I would have these episodes till the end of my life.

When I was intuitively drawn to joining Mary-Anne's Healing Trauma group, I realised that my behaviour was a response to my body remembering inappropriate sexual touching that I experienced as a teenager and totally blocked from my memory. Thanks for Mary-Anne's intuitive gifts and tapping method, I was able to completely release this trauma from my body. It has now been 4 months since completing the course and I did not have a single experience when I needed to binge on food due to the trauma.
