Dear Mary-Anne, I  have spent the better part of my adult life searching for healing, meaning and spirituality, seeking out so many different modalities. The changes are happening naturally and appears to be on their own with no effort at all, it doesn’t feel like hard work or like I’m depriving myself of anything. You seem to be the combination of all the above wrapped up in one spectacularly gifted person that is neither total science and therapy without spiritually nor the other way around.I feel like I have met a healer, guide and teacher I would like to stay with. I know things are going to change quite a lot over the next few years and hope it will be okay if I reach out to you for sessions - privately or in the weekly groups (when they come up) to work through those onions layers which will inevitably come up. Stop Smoking Course was amazing and it was nothing about actually smoking it was about the cause the triggers and completely new perspective.   I did not want to smoke yesterday and did not after the session until late last night however I took a couple a puffs and felt so sick I couldn’t finish it, I still don’t want to and when I think about reaching I take a breath and my fist clinches and moves just to take the action/attention away from smoking just naturally happening. I still don’t want one so it’s going very well! I am very pleased and amazed by the results!
